Seagulls swooping in and out, they cover the field with their bodies.  The urge to run closer is insatiable, but I resist nonetheless.  My duty was to watch incoming cars and students this morning, not the lovely, flying, swooping white birds that litter my school every morning.  The right student didn't come in time, and the cars forced me to lose sight of the seagulls; they are all to tall and grand.  A misled morning.
