Laying in the middle of her floor, appendages outstretched, darkness surrounding her, she realized it was best if she never spoke. As she did this, she realized the fault, as she had time and time again. And she thought: how to end this; how to make them remember. Perhaps it was best if she slipped into the waters of the light, silently, surely, never to emerge into life, their thoughts again.
